Dear Visitor, Quantum Business Group will handle travel, visa, transport, accommodation and all other travel arrangements of the exhibitors as well as the participants.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport transfers from / to the respective hotels and will also arrange a welcome service at Ben-Gurion International Airport so as to meet and assist the participants.
SHUTTLE SERVICES
The Hotels – Fair Grounds shuttle will bring rapidly the exhibitors as well as the participants from the Hotels to the Exhibition Grounds in the morning and a return shuttle from the Exhibition Grounds to the Hotels in the evening .
The exact hours of the shuttle services will be advertised in the notice board of every hotel. Shuttle service are subject to shuttle service fee. If you would like to use shuttles please inform us.
HOSPITALITY DESK
A multi lingual assistant who will be at the lobby of the Hotel which will selected as the Head Quarters Hotel so as to provide extra on – site services during the exhibition period.

* Meet and assist services at the Airport both upon arrival as well as on departure
* Assist with the Shuttle service to and from the Exhibition Grounds.

INSURANCE
Neither the Organizers of EnergyTech nor Travel Agents do not accept any responsibility for accidents which might occur. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance ( medical, personal accident and luggage ) in their home country prior to their departure or in case that we shall be informed , upon a certain fee will take care of the respective insurances upon demand .
