Hermes had been nominated as the exclusive official onsite handling agent for the EnrgyTech 2011 Exhibition & Conference.

We are pleased to update you regarding arrangements for shipping, international freight forwarding, customs clearance and on-site services for EnergyTech.

We are offering exhibitors, stand builders & publishers to send their goods in the following methods:

1. Door to Door Shipment

Consolidated services will take  the goods from your company to the venue as part of consolidated international shipments for the congress. This will assist in reducing costs and ensuring timely delivery.

2. Air / Ocean Shipment

From free arrival Air / Ocean port up to delivery venue, including customs clearance.

3. Direct Deliveries to the Exhibition Venue. Domestic Cargo /courier shipments / full load trucks

Goods will be accepted at the venue only with Hermes confirmation and subject to time slot.

4. Courier Shipments

Courier shipments will be accepted in warehouse/ venue only with pre alert. Goods must be sending freight prepaid and customs cleared.

Kindly note that in all cases “Hermes Exhibitions & Projects” is the sole onsite-handling agents for Enrgeytech 2009.

Insurance

All goods must be fully insured with all risk coverage. Insurance can be provided upon request. We regret that we can take no responsibility for goods after delivery to the exhibitors stand regardless if the exhibitor is present or not.
